We aim to source all our ingredients as close to home as possible 

Who would have guessed that we can get the majority of our ingredients from the 'bottom half' of the South Island?  

When we can't find something locally, we search it out within New Zealand, and then try in Australia. A few of our specialist ingredients - wholemeal organic spelt, Italian Parmesan - are imported from Europe. We'd love to use local suppliers, so please contact us if you have a product you think is a potential match.
