Stretching a duck!



With the duck shooting season now trying to catch up with itself, there must be an opportunity to use some of that lovely meat with pasta? We went with Asian flavours - and it made one duck breast stretch to feed two. We marinaded the duck breast overnight, seared it with some bok choi and served it with chilli tagliatelle, some fresh spring onions and our neighbour's homemade spicy plum sauce (thanks Anne)!
