Chickpea flour is gluten free (see allergen information below) and has a great, nutty flavour that makes for really tasty pasta. The texture of chickpea pasta is a bit different and it holds its shape really well. We love it!

We sell pasta in 125g portions, enough for a main meal for an adult.
This pasta is made with fresh free-range eggs and should be stored in the fridge. A sealed container keeps it at its best.

Fresh pasta can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.

Fresh pasta freezes well.
Cook fresh pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.

If you are using frozen fresh pasta, you can cook it straight from the freezer.

Angel hair takes about a minute to cook.

To be at its best, serve fresh pasta immediately, so prepare any sauces before you cook the pasta.
