We sell pasta in 125g portions, enough for a main meal for an adult.
This pasta is made with fresh free range eggs and should be stored in the fridge. A sealed container keeps it at its best.

Egg pasta can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.

Fresh pasta freezes well.
Cook fresh pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.

If you are using frozen fresh pasta, you can cook it straight from the freezer.

Pappardelle take 1-2 minutes to cook.

To be at its best, serve fresh pasta immediately, so prepare any sauces before you cook the pasta.
