The addition of a bit of toasted and ground black sesame means these classic spaghetti have ja different dimension. These are thick, 'winter-weight' strands and work well with all the usual tomato-based sauces, or maybe with an Asian spin.
Chickpea flour is gluten free (see Allergen Information below) and has a great, nutty flavour that makes for really tasty pasta. The texture of chickpea pasta is a bit different and it holds its shape really well. We love it!
