Toasted poppyseed makes a delicious addition to pasta. Great for a special meal with a creamy sauce. And like all really fresh pasta, it's also great with just a little butter and parmesan and some garden herbs.
Made with a mix of two South Island flours, Wanaka fresh free-range eggs and toasted poppyseeds.
